covered by a 24-month warranty (with
the exception of headsets), ensuring
that the hardware product(s) will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Just contact us to report the malfunctioning
device and we will help you get a replacement
as soon as possible.
Some restrictions to our warranty policy
do apply, however, and include:
Failure to follow installation,
operation, or maintenance instructions
Unauthorized system modification,
movement, or alteration
Unauthorized use of common carrier
communication services accessed
through the system
Abuse, misuse, or negligent acts
or omissions of the customer and/or
persons under the customer's control
Act of third parties and acts
of God
Power surges
This 24-month warranty is intended
for our end-users only, and not
third-party dealers or interconnects.
