a compact (3U) modular chassis. Designed
to be a complete voice/data networking
solution, the G350 Gateway is ideally
suited for enterprises with distributed
branch office locations using 8-40 extensions.

existing telephony investments while
supporting an evolution to recent protocols
such as H.323 or SIP-based telephony.
An integrated TDM/IP architecture supports
a variety of station and trunk interface
options including Power over Ethernet
(PoE), IP telephones, DCP digital telephones,
Analog telephones and trunks, E1/T1
trunks, ISDN PRI and ISDN BRI trunks,
and E1/T1 WAN data lines.
An S8300 can optionally be installed
in the G350 as a Local Survivable Processor
that takes over telephony control as
server of last resort.
The G350 and G700 media gateways share
many common media modules and the same
S8300 Media Server.

Controller (ECC) for telephony control

Supports configuration of an internal
S8300 media server as an Internal Call
Controller. In this mode, the G350 acts
as an independent, standalone telephony
